I'M ALIVE! I'm alive. It's okay. It's okay.
By now you may have noticed that I'm not posting as frequently at the moment. The reason for that is because, well, I don't have much to write about right now. Of course, I'm still working on The Five Bits every week, but I've been thinking about what I can do to boost the amount of articles I post every week, at least until the fall when all them shows come back. (Side note: Yes. It's painfully ironic that the time of the year when I have a lot more spare time is when I don't have much to write about.)
So here's what's up:
- The second "Doctor Who Rewind" is being worked on. I'm changing it around a bit so I don't have to write a detailed recap. Cause I remembered how much I dislike doing that. This edition will be on "Blink," and I'm hoping I can finish it and have it up at the beginning of next week.
- The June edition of "Movies of the Month" is also on its way. Watched quite a few movies last month. But this might be the last one until September. Instead, I'll be posting standalone reviews for the movies I see in the theaters and the ones I just really want to talk about. There won't be a review for every movie, though. (Shameless plug of my Letterboxd page, if you want to see what I'm watching.)
- Star Wars Celebration is next week! Though I won't be there (I'll be watching live streams and wishing I was there), I'll still be keeping track of all Star Wars news that comes out of there and probably dedicate a few posts to all of it. Rogue One trailer hype! I'll probably be taking a similar approach with Comic-Con later in the month.
- In the off-chance someone who reads this blog is indeed going to Celebration or Comic-Con, first and foremost: have a ton of fun. Second and far less important: If you see anything awesome, feel free to send me pictures or tweet me or something. I'd love it! And, if I get enough, I'll post 'em here. Just don't film any exclusive footage. That's not nice.
- Kind of shooting off of that last sub-point, if any of you guys have any ideas, suggestions, feedback, comments, etc., never hesitate to send them my way. They're always welcome.
Alright. I think we're done here for now. Enjoy the summer!
Noah
